Pre-Orders

- Pins up for pre-order are sold at a discounted price (not always because sometimes I apply discounts) and includes freebies such as a postcard or sticker.

- Pre-orders help to cost the initial production of the pin. If the pre-order goal is met, the pins will go into production.

- Usually, there are about 25 or less pre-order slots.

- Once slots are full, pins will go into production. They usually take about 1-2 months to make them (the time could be lengthened depending on the complexity of the design).

- Pre-orders will have an A-Grade or B-Grade pin.

If you have placed an order in which there are items both in pre-order and in stock all of them will be sent once I have the items available. I mean, I'll make only one shipment.

 

Pin-Grades

A-Grade: Pins may have 1 or more minor flaws that are only seen under intense scrutiny. 

B-Grade: Will exhibit one or more major flaws and/or several minor flaws. Imperfections usually unnoticed. 

C-Grade: Pins with obvious defects such as missing enamel fill, major scuffs or scratches that they appreciate at first sight.

Seconds: Pins with obvious defects that are seen at first sight. (Missing enamel fill, major scuffs, scratches...)

** Please bear in mind that each pin maker we classify in our own way. Do not compare it with others because it is completely different.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Pins cannot be returned however you may exchange or get a refund for your order under the following circumstances: 

1. The item you received was damaged (the pin has major damage such as broken back posts).

2. You received the wrong item.

IMPORTANT: I cannot provide a refund for an incorrect purchase or a lost package. 



If there is an active discount and it has not been used, I do not apply this when the order has already been placed.

The discount is only applicable from the web at the end of the payment, where the code can be added.

 

Metallic Prints

Metallic prints are not 100% perfect because there is always some area, however small, that remains non metallized.

You have to take this into account when placing an order.

 

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping.

To have a tracking number you'll have to pick that type of shipping, if not the shipment will be merely ordinary. Once the package has been sent, I can not take charge of what happens with it.
